A Pakistani doctor who challenged the legality of changes in immigration rules requiring foreign doctors and dentists to obtain work permits has died. A High Court judge, upholding the new rules, said Dr Imran Yousaf, who had run up huge debts after failing to get a UK job, took his own life.
